A PLACE TO REST AND RECENTER

Life can be a lot, right? Some days it feels like you’re carrying the weight of the world—work stress, family responsibilities, personal struggles, and just trying to keep it all together. It’s exhausting. If you’re feeling worn out or overwhelmed, you’re not alone. And here’s the good news: You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.


There’s a beautiful scripture that speaks to this:
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls." – Matthew 11:28-29

Discovery Call - 30 minutes

Not sure if therapy is right for you? You've been stressed and tired of doing it alone? Notice that your anxiety has increased? Want to discover what therapy is about before you commit? Then, this discovery call is perfect for you!


During the call, you will be able to:

  • Ask therapy or mental health-related questions.
  • Learn about my approach to wellness.
  • Discuss your treatment options.
  • See if we are the right fit.

Individual Therapy - 55 minutes

$200

  • Collaborate to create a custom treatment plan to address your concerns and therapy goals.
  • Meet weekly to address treatment needs.
  • Learn practical stress management skills.
  • Learn techniques to reduce anxiety symptoms. 
  • All sessions are via telehealth, so you can meet in the comfort of your home or another safe and private location.

We want therapy to be a safe and supportive space—not just emotionally, but financially too. Let’s find a rate that honors both your needs and the work we’re doing together.

You’ll be asked to share:

  • Your annual income (individual or household)
  • Employment status
  • Any relevant financial stressors
  • The session fee you’re requesting


Step 2: We'll Review It

  • Expect a response in 3–4 business days
  • No documents required—we operate on trust
  • If we need any clarification, we’ll reach out for a quick chat


Step 3: Confirmation & Agreement

Once approved, we’ll send you a short agreement that includes:

  • Your approved session fee
  • Start date for the sliding scale rate
  • Date for the next review


Review Schedule

Sliding scale rates are set for 3 months at a time.

  • After 3 months, we’ll do a quick check-in to see if anything’s changed
  • If things are steady, your rate continues
  • If your financial situation improves or shifts, we’ll revisit your rate together



In your first session, your therapist will take some time to get to know you and understand what’s been going on that brought you to counseling. It’s a chance for us to hear your story and figure out how we can best support you. You’ll also have plenty of space to ask any questions about how counseling works—this is your time, and we want you to feel comfortable and heard!


A counseling session w typically lasts for 55 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
